2022 Archbishop Elpidophoros Visit

April 9-12, 2022 the Metropolis of Detroit was blessed with a visit from Archbishop Elpidophoros. His words of inspiration, worship, wisdom and guidance have moved our Philopotchos sisters to continue our ministry “to do good for others” during this holy lenten period and beyond.Our Metropolis Philoptochos President, Debbie George was presented with an icon of the Philoxenia of Abraham and Sarah from the Archbishop for all the good work she and her Philoptochos chapters do.
